The problem
A day at the hotel
Five moments of a high-season day in a 200-room hotel. Scroll: the day moves forward.
The night team leaves a complaint and a late arrival. The departments meet on video.
Ten minutes for the whole hotel. The instructions stay written in the channel: nobody repeats anything.
A returning guest writes in English for three nights.
Reservations reply from the shared inbox, the guest record open alongside.
The guest reports it by message while the desk handles check-outs.
A ticket goes to maintenance, with a two-hour deadline.
Arrivals, restaurant, shuttle: the phone doesn't stop.
The IVR greets in three languages and sends each call to the right desk.
A future guest calls from another time zone.
On the night line, Koukou answers and takes down the request. Reservations read it on the guest record in the morning.
The stay, end to end
Every stage of the stay goes through one application of the suite. The guest record ties it all together.
Department by department
Six departments, one suite. Each opens the applications it needs, and all of them share the guest record.
Koukou, last night
Front desk
The ring group calls the front desk, then reservations, then the night porter. On the night line, Koukou answers and leaves the request on the guest record.

Seen by the front deskHousekeeping
One Chat channel per floor. A guest request reaches the right team, and the front desk sees when it's done.
Maintenance tickets
Maintenance
Air conditioning, shower, TV: one ticket per fault, with its deadline. The head of maintenance sees what's urgent.
Today's agenda
Restaurant, bar and spa
The IVR sends the call to the restaurant or the spa. Table bookings and treatment slots go into the shared Agenda.

Reservations misses the most calls: we add cover in the afternoon.
Management and accounts
Calls received and missed per department, open complaints, pending invoices. Management reads the same dashboard as department heads.
Use cases
Six hotel situations, six applications from the same suite. Each one opens in the window the front desk already knows.
The guest writes on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or the website chat. Reservations reply from the hotel's inbox, and the thread joins the guest record. Comments under your posts land there too.
The IVR offers French, Arabic or English, then routes to the front desk, reservations or the restaurant depending on the time.
Made in the evening, it becomes a ticket with a deadline. The morning team sees it when they start their shift.
Room 214 asks for an extra bed. The message goes to housekeeping, the answer comes back in the thread, the front desk sees it's done.
Deal, quote, invoice, reminder: the hotel's sales lead prepares the group offer next to the client's calls and messages, and gets a reminder if the quote goes unanswered.
Calls received and missed, by hour and by language. These figures tell you whether you need one more English-speaking receptionist.
Teamwork
Chat, calls, video, notes, Drive and calendar: the hotel's teams coordinate in the same tools, from the front desk to management.
Front desk, floors and maintenance write in their channels. A call starts from the same screen.
floors
Ten minutes, every department, no walking around. If the meeting is recorded, Koukou writes the minutes.
Who works when, the spa slots: one shared calendar.
Rota · week 32
Notes are ticked off as a team, files stay in Drive. No more binder at the front desk.
Breakfast opening
Koukou AI
On the night line, Koukou answers in the caller's language and takes down the request. In the morning, the team reads the summary on the guest record and calls back if needed.

Good evening, I'm looking for a room on Saturday. Two adults, one child.
Koukou : Good evening. I've noted: Saturday, two adults and one child. Reservations will call you back tomorrow before 10 am. Does that work for you?
Perfect, thank you.

A guest house starts with WhatsApp and Koukou. A group adds supervision, per-site figures and seminar quotes. Same suite, same Comunik teams to set it up, and you only pay for open extensions.
On mobile
The iOS and Android app puts the hotel in your pocket: the same number, the same contacts, the department chat.

Security
What is in place today, without the packaging: where your data sleeps, who can open it, how it travels, and what stays on record after every action.
On the Comunik cloud, in Tunisia. In a dedicated cloud, in the country you name. Or at your place, on your hardware. The interface is the same in all three cases.
Roles and permissions per module, rights per channel in the chat, reader, editor or owner on a Drive folder. A disabled account loses every access at the same instant, telephony included.
By app, security key or recovery codes. Open sessions are visible and revocable device by device. Sign-in through SSO is possible.
The interface runs on TLS 1.3, call media on SRTP. Audio and video in meetings are encrypted between each participant and the server. In the chat, end-to-end encryption is switched on room by room, with the keys on your devices.
The antivirus checks everything that enters the Drive: a suspect file goes to quarantine. Sharing links expire and can be password-protected.
Administration actions are written to a log that can be neither edited nor erased, with no screen to read it yet. The Drive keeps the access history of each document.

Proof
Every line can be verified. What we don't claim is written in grey.
ARCEP allocated French numbering resources to Comunik CRM, by decision no. 2025-0789 of 10 April 2025.
Read the decisionA contact can be exported or erased from the messaging inbox, and the retention period is configurable.
We claim no GDPR label: these tools are there to answer your guests' requests.
Comunik cloud live in 48 hours, or installed at your place. Standard SIP phones reconfigure themselves; a box in the hotel can link the room phones to your existing lines. One hour is enough to train a seasonal hire.
Number porting takes 2 to 4 weeks depending on the carrier.
Designed, hosted and operated in Tunisia, from Tunis. No subcontractor outside the country touches production data.
Customer reviews
From riad to resort, they chose Comunik
A seasonal hire is up and running in an hour: the phone, WhatsApp and complaints are in the same window. Before, we trained people on three tools.
The evening complaint is a ticket the morning team sees when they start their shift. The guest no longer has to repeat it.
We recognise returning guests, in their language, before they arrive. WhatsApp has become our first booking channel.
Seminar requests came by email, phone and WhatsApp. They're all in the same pipeline now, and I can finally see which ones to follow up.
Maintenance gets the fault with the room number and a deadline. No more calling the front desk to find out what's left to do.
I'm alone at the desk most of the time. Koukou answers questions about access and breakfast while I look after guests on site.
